REVIEW & PHOTOS: Great White Buffalo | The Viper Room | 3/14/15

Great White Buffalo was the first two of two bands who opened for Mike Campbell’s The Dirty Knobs at The Viper Room.

The quartet of Graham Bockmiller (guitar, vocals), Stephen Johnson (lead guitar, vocals), Paul Hiller (Bass) and Rich Carrillo (drums) did a great job warming up the crowd, playing songs form the their older releases as well as some from their latest EP, “Fangs”.

Patrons at the venue who came for the headliner thoroughly enjoyed Great White Buffalo’s set. In speaking with a couple members of the audience after their gig, I overheard that people were impressed with the straight up rock vibe that these guys put out, and particularly with Paul’s steady bass playing.

This band is consistently playing gigs throughout Los Angeles and in the studio recording new music, so keep an ear out for more of their work. You can follow them on Facebook by CLICKING HERE.
