Los Angeles based rapper KR had one of the opening slots for Mod Sun’s “Look Up Tour”. He’s seems to be making some waves as of late, and was evening featured in an L.A. Weekly article for being a Soundcloud rap phenom. While waiting in the wings during the set, Mod Sun walked by me, and I mentioned that KR was really getting the crowd hyped. Mod Sun smiled, look me in the eye, and told me that he loved the kid like a brother. That’s a pretty legit co-sign. We snapped some photos and video of KR’s performance. Enjoy!
