THOUGHTS: Alexis Krauss is a force of nature. Of all of the acts at Air+Style, Sleigh Bells’ performance was the surprise set (at least for me) of the weekend. I never realized how visceral their live show was, with Alexis powerfully strutting across the stage, belting with force over the forceful beat and thrashing licks of the music. Saying that I enjoyed watching Sleigh Bells perform is an understatement. I’m keeping my eye out for when this New York band is back in Los Angeles, because I’m buying tickets. For sure.
